Rule 1 R1 BCAA
Boost your muscle growth and enhance your exercise performance – with Rule1 BCAAs! This micronized formula contains a 2:1:1 ratio of the three essential amino acids valine, isoleucine, and leucine. Since your body cannot make BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids), it is essential to get them from your diet or supplements. Unlike other amino acids, BCAAs are mostly broken down in the muscle, rather than in the liver. Because of this, BCAAs play an important role in energy production during exercise.

Your body uses BCAAs as building blocks for protein and muscle. Furthermore, they are involved in regulating blood sugar levels by stimulating your body cells to take in sugar from your bloodstream. Rule1 BCAAs may also help reduce exhaustion and fatigue during exercise by reducing the production of serotonin in the brain. This supplement provides 5g of BCAAs per serving and has been formulated without fillers, added sugars, stimulants and gums. Simply mix it with water and consume it before, during, or after training for better workout results!
