Precision Nutrition L-Glutamine - The Multi-Benefit Amino Acid
Precision Nutrition’s Precision L-Glutamine is an isolated amino acid, which has a variety of important functions within your body. Glutamine is found in most protein-containing foods and is actually a non-essential amino acid (meaning your body does produce it through its own metabolic processes). That being said, L-Glutamine is so abundant in many tissues of the body, it is said to be ‘conditionally essential’ based on how important it is to a variety of tissues. How much or little a person requires without supplementing the amino acid, might not be self-produced in great enough abundance to upkeep with a rigorous physical activity, or requirements in the digestive tract, for example. Precision Nutrition produce a pure-grade L-Glutamine to counteract this potential issue.
Precision Nutrition’s Precision L-Glutamine:

Precision Nutrition’s simple, unflavoured L-Glutamine is 100% pure and comes with an efficacious dosing suggestion of 3-10g per day. Precision Nutrition do not suggest over-use of L-Glutamine, unless this is specifically suggested from professional medical personnel. Precision Nutrition recommends its 100% L-Glutamine for those individuals whom are training hard, for long periods, or as specifically suggested by your qualified dietician, nutritionist or medical professionals.
- Mix 1 level scoop to 180ml-250ml chilled water and mix well.
- For optimum results, use 2 servings per day - 1 prior to training and 1 post training.
