There are a few ways you can earn points with Supplement Mart Rewards. But  first things first! You will need to create an account and make a purchase before  any of the following apply! Good news though! When you first log on, create an account and make a purchase, we will reward you with 50 Points plus any points  you will have earned from the purchase. 

For every $1 you spend with Supplement Mart you will earn 1 point.

If you refer a friend to Supplement Mart via the Refer a Friend link and they  previously haven’t bought any Supplement Mart products and are not signed up  to our marketing emails or SMS, you will receive a $20 voucher and your friend  will get $10 of their first order valued over $100. This will apply for every new  customer you refer.

It’s so easy! Points can be redeemed in store at the checkout when you complete a  sale or online, from our Rewards Page, by following the links to Redeem Points.

Points are not redeemable for cash or transferable to friends or family.

All points will expire after 12 months e.g. If you earned points on the 1.05.2023 and if you do not use these earned points, they will expire on the 1.05.2024

Birthday Vouchers once issued, will be valid for 30 days with a $50 minimum spend requirement.

Once you redeem a voucher and a Rewards Voucher has been generated by the system, you will need to use this voucher  in store or online within 30 days.  If you do not use the voucher within the 30 day period, your voucher will expire and the points redeemed will not be re credited to your account. 

Alongside being able to redeem your rewards for discounts, there are 3 tiers with  Supplement Mart Rewards that will give you access to additional perks.  Depending on how much you have spent , in a 12 month period, will determine  which tier you are in. Once you hit your spend amount for each of the tiers it will  take 30 days for your access to kick in so hang tight! To remain in each tier you  will need to re-spend above this amount within the 12 month period from when  you entered that tier. If you do not spend the threshold within the 12-month period  you will be downgraded by 1 tier.

When you sign up to Supplement Mart Rewards you will be awarded 50 points. This applies to our existing store customers also.

When a Newbie’s spending exceeds $1,000 you will be automatically elevated to  Pro Status. Once a Pro’s spending hits $3,000 you are automatically elevated to  G.O.A.T. status (Greatest of All Times)!

You will be notified by email automatically when you qualify for a tier entry, you  don’t have to do a thing.

You will also be rewarded with 20 points each time you enter a tier.
