I’ve tried a lot of gut meds and had plenty of colonoscopies over the years.
Apart from that first 24 hours after a colonoscopy where you feel great, Ultimate Fibre gives you that feeling most of the time (I say most, because it’s when I forget to take it for 2 days or more). So that’s on me. Not only does it clear you out, the agonising bloating and nausea are 99% gone. And I’m not on the toilet for 30 minutes or more.
Yes the taste is well…shiit, but the rewards far outweigh the taste.

I've been using this for 2 weeks now. I did not realise when I bought it how bad it would taste, and are still unable to take the full recommended dose due to gagging while holding my nose to drink. But I definitely feel better and it is definitely beneficial to me, so I'm continuing with it and hoping with persistence I may get used to the taste.

I went along to have colonics as recommended by a friend due to the fact that I felt like I had eaten a whole chicken, bones and all. There was this full feeling in my stomach all the time.
I was over weight and even though I didn’t seem to eat much at all I couldn’t shift the weight or move the ‘ whole chicken’ feeling under my ribs.
I feel so much lighter, cleaner and livelier now some months later. I took the product in the morning only for a month and have not looked back.
I fit into all my clothes and my bowel copes with most foods now.
I also drink lemon water followed by celery juice daily and eat small regular meals throughout the day.
I don’t eat red meat, yet!

Okay, so my first taste of this stuff was so disgusting I thought I just wasted my money. I decided to buy a capsule filler machine and made them into capsules. The only problem is for one serve, it’s 30 capsules (00 size); you need the 1000 capsules bag. I can swallow 2 at a time with my smoothie and I don’t taste anything. It’s actually not as hard as I thought. Hope it helps someone else as the actual product is amazing!

Purchased this because of a recommendation from a friend. I'm only 3 days in and can feel a difference. Bowel feels empty for once and I feel great. More energy and more "switched on". As everyone says, the taste is nothing like you would've ever had before. If you can get it down, you will reap the rewards, and quick. Really looking forward to seeing how it goes in the next couple of weeks.
