- Adults: Mix two heaped scoops with 1250ml of water, shake well before use. Optimal effects are seen when consumed 30 minutes prior to working out.
- We understand this may be too much for everyone, if opting for a 1/2 serve (1 Scoop) mix with 625ml of water.
