Rhodiola Relax is a combination of three apoptogenic herbs; Rhodiola, Withania and Gotu kola, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help the body adapt to stress. Each capsule contains:
- Rhodiola rosea (Arctic root) extract dry concentrate 200mg equivalent to dry root 800mg
- Withania somnifera (Ashwaghanda) extract dry concentrate 125mg equivalent to dry root 1.5g (1500mg)
- Centella asiatica (Gotu Kola) extract dry concentrate 125mg equivalent to herb top 500mg
No added gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
- Adults: Best taken as one capsule with breakfast and one capsule with lunch, or as professionally prescribed.
