I follow the FODMAP diet, and this is one of the few proteins I can take. It is still a dairy based product, but it has only small traces of lactose, and as it is an Isolate and Hydrolysed - the dairy proteins are broken down, so I don't get the auto-immune issues I usually get from high doses of dairy proteins (rash, pimples etc.). Also no added thickeners or fibres, so it ticks all the FODMAP boxes.
