Ingredients:
- LifesOmega3 Microalgae Oil (Schizochytrium sp.), Sunflower oil, Rosemary extract, Tocopherolds, Ascorbyl Palmitate.
- Adults: Take 1ml daily.
- Pregnant or Breastfeeding Mothers: Take 1-2ml daily.
- Children: Take 0.5-1ml daily. Can be added to drinks or foods, however do not cook.

Great product. I feel it is already helping with the osteoarthritis I’ve started experiencing. Fist taste is not a problem at all. I just have a drink after taking it and the taste goes away.
