glycerylphosphorylcholine), Flavours, Food Acids (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium), L-Tyrosine, L-Lysine HCL, Caffeine Anhydrous, Magnesium Citrate, Theobroma Cacao (6% Theobromine), Theacrine (as TeaCrine), Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin B3 (as Niacinamide), Vitamin B1 (as Thiamine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (as Riboflavin), Vitamin B5 (as Calcium D-Pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin), Colour.
- Beginners: Mix half scoop (7.25g) in 325mls of water and consume 15 minutes before exercise.
- Advanced: Mix 1 scoop (14.5g) in 650mls of water and consume 15 minutes before intensive exercise. No more than 1 scoop daily.
