Ingredients:
- Salt (Sodium Chloride), Magnesium Aspartate, Food Acid (Citric Acid), Potassium Chloride, Calcium Citrate, Curcumin, Natural Flavours, Glycine, Schisandra Berry Extract, Natural Sweeteners (Steviol Glycosides, Thaumatin), Zinc Gluconate.
- If you've been sweating for over an hour: We recommend mixing 1 sachet of with 500 - 1000ml of cold water. Sip while working out, or directly after to replenish vital minerals.
- If you haven't been sweating for an hour: Due to the high sodium content, we recommend mixing 0.5 - 1 sachet with 1000ml of cold water, and consume over a few hours.
- Electrolyte drinks play a role in replenishing lost fluids; however, they are only needed in specific situations and are not necessary for the average person on the average day.
- This beverage has been designed for consumption following moderate to high intensity exercise where there has been a loss of electrolytes.
