Magnesium amino acid chelate in NutraLife Magnesium Sleep is a bioavailable form of magnesium that is used in the body to maintain adequate magnesium. This naturally occurring essential mineral and electrolyte assists in energy production, metabolism maintenance, plus it supports a healthy immune system. In cases of restlessness or insomnia, the calming effects of passionflower, ziziphus and corydalis may help to relieve mild symptoms of mental stress. Passionflower is known as a mind-calming insomnia and anxiety remedy as it assists in lowering brain activity, which may help you relax and sleep better. The ziziphus fruit is not only used for reducing inflammation, but it also assists people struggling with shallow sleep, night sweats or a restless mind. NutraLife Magnesium Sleep also contains corydalis, a herb that is found in Northern China, Japan and Siberia. In traditional Chinese medicine, corydalis is used to treat insomnia as this plant contains substances that promote relaxation and pain relief. NutraLife Magnesium Sleep is free of gluten, wheat, dairy products, egg, soy, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

- Magnesium amino acid chelate: 250mg, equiv. Magnesium 50mg.
- Magnesium phosphate pentahyrdate: 145.2mg, equiv. Magnesium 30mg.
- Total Elemental Magnesium: 200mg.
- Ziziphus jujuba (Jujube) seed dry extract: 100mg, equiv. Ziziphus jujuba seed dry 1g.
- Corydalis ambigua (Turkey corn) tuber dry extract: 70mg, equiv. Corydalis ambigua tuber dry 1g
- Passiflora incarnata (Passion flower) herb dry extract: 75mg, equiv. Passionflora incarnata herb dry 375mg.
- Encapsulating aids.
