It supports the body with a therapeutic dosage of zinc, manganese and magnesium to improve healthy reproductive hormones and assist protein synthesis in the body. Each of these essential minerals plays an important role in nutrient metabolism and normal muscle function during and after exercise. Magnesium is involved in over 600 cellular reactions and is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body. Each Musashi ZMA+ capsule contains 100mg of magnesium to help muscles relax and relieve cramps. Manganese is another essential nutrient your body needs for many physiologic processes.
