Musashi Intra Workout contains a large dose of BCAAs. Naturally found in protein-rich foods such as meat, dairy products and eggs, BCAAs are especially helpful for those who want to gain mass while on a calorie-deficit diet. BCAAs include the essential amino acids valine, isoleucine, and leucine which stimulate the metabolic process when your body makes new muscle protein. They also reduce the amount of serotonin produced in your brain, which makes you feel less fatigued so you can push harder for longer. B vitamins in this supplement reduce fatigue and produce energy, while magnesium has been added for muscular retraction. Together with citrulline and ornithine, the ingredients in Musashi Intra Workout help delay fatigue and enhance your exercise performance.
- Mix 1 scoop to 400ml-500ml chilled water and shake well.
