- Mix 1 serving (6 heaping scoops) with 480ml to 600ml of water or skim milk in a blender and consume once daily.
- Alternatively, mix a half serving (3 heaping scoops) with 240ml to 300ml. of water or skim milk and consume twice daily.
- Take in the morning, between meals or post-workout.

Product is great and tastes really good. Only down fall is the closing of the bag. Why not put a sliding zip lock on it so annoying trying to snap it back together with your fingers especially after how much this costs. My dogs $40 dog food has a sliding ziplock function for crying out loud!!
