We can get magnesium from foods like vegetables, seeds, nuts and whole grain, but a poor diet and health conditions such as type 2 diabetes or digestive problems can cause a deficiency. Herbs of Gold Magnesium Night Plus is a delicious citrus berry flavoured drink that contains high-strength magnesium, passionflower and California poppy to promote sleep.

Enriched with two herbs traditionally used in Western herbal medicine, passionflower and California poppy. Herbs of Gold Magnesium Night Plus functions as a nervous system relaxant and helps to induce sleep and relieve restlessness. Passionflower is known as an antispasmodic that relieves symptoms of mild anxiety, while California poppy is traditionally used as an analgesic to relieve pain. Simply mix the powder with water or juice before going to bed and relax.
Each serve contains:
- Magnesium glycinate dihydrate equiv. magnesium: 200mg.
- Magnesium citrate equiv. magnesium: 120mg.
- TOTAL ELEMENTAL MAGNESIUM: 320mg.
- Calcium citrate tetrahydrate equiv. calcium: 100mg.
- Glutamine: 500mg.
- Eschscholzia californica (California poppy) herb extract: 250mg, derived from dry herb 1.5g.
- Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb extract: 90.9mg, derived from dry herb mg.
- Naturally sweetened with stevia.
Vegan friendly.
