Adults – Mix vigorously until all powder is dissolved – 5g (1 sachet) of Macro Gut powder with 400mL of chilled water to yield approximately 405mL of prepared dose and consume immediately.
Recommended to take in the morning and/or in the afternoon within 30 minutes of a meal. Take 1 sachet once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
