Vitamin B12 is also for cell growth and replication and the maintenance of normal, healthy cognitive function. Herbs of Gold Sublingual B12 1000 assists in maintaining healthy homocysteine metabolism to help maintain a healthy cardiovascular system. The amount of vitamin B12 in this formula helps maintain healthy immune function and assists in the maintenance of general well-being. Herbs of Gold Sublingual B12 1000 is free of artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives. It is suitable for individuals with a vegetarian or vegan diet as it does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, soy, tree nut or animal products, yeast, gluten or lactose.
Each tablet contains:
- Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12): 1mg.

- Adults and children over 12 years: Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue, once or twice daily.
