Breathe in, breathe out and just relax – with Herbs of Gold Mind Ease. This special formula is created with KSM-66®, a clinically trialled* Ashwagandha extract to relieve symptoms of mild anxiety and stress. KSM-66® is an award-winning, full-spectrum extract of Ashwagandha standardised to >5% withanolides, the highest amount in the world. The production is fully ‘green’ chemistry and doesn’t use alcohol or synthetic solvents. The small evergreen shrub Ashwagandha grows in India, the Middle East, and parts of Africa and is commonly used to aid support for the nervous system and supports healthy stress response in the body plus it assists with recovery from illness.

Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine, ashwagandha is believed to support energy production, improve memory/cognition, increase vitality and relieve tiredness. Healthy sleeping patterns and increased sleep quality are also known to be a result of supplementing with ashwagandha. Another herb added, known for its great effect on sleep is lavender as it works as an anxiety reliever and as a sedative, to increase relaxation and calm. Herbs of Gold combined all these amazing herbs to create the special formula of Mind Ease to support your nervous system health the best and most natural way possible.
Each tablet contains:
- Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract (KSM-66®): 300mg, derived from dry root 3g, stand. to contain withanolides 15mg.
- Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) flower extract: 100mg, derived from dry flower 400mg.
Vegan friendly.
- Adults: Take 1 tablet, twice daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
