A women’s best friend: Fusion Health Women's Balance. Premenstrual symptoms (PMS) vary from woman to woman, but this special formula helps regulate the menstrual cycle and relieve the most common menstrual symptoms. Formulated according to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Fusion Health Women's Balance provides symptomatic relief from the physical and emotional symptoms of PMS, including fatigue, breast tenderness, abdominal cramping, fluid retention, bloating, mild anxiety, irritability, tension, mood swings and food cravings. It may also help reduce the frequency of migraines and relieve their symptoms.

According to the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine, women are likely to experience menstrual irregularities, PMS, period pain and heavy menstrual blood loss when the flow of Blood or Qi is disrupted. Each Fusion Health Women's Balance tablet contains a synergistic blend of herbs such as peony and dong quai, traditionally used to regulate menstruation and relieve congested Blood and constrained Qi. Other herbs included are bupleurum and cyperus, which are known to disperse Liver Qi, and Rehmannia to nourish the Yin. Fusion Health Women's Balance is suitable for vegans vegetarians. It does not contain artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, yeast, wheat, gluten, nuts, dairy or animal products.
