Are you struggling with mood swings, tiredness, headaches, spotty skin and other symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS)? Fusion Health Vitex uses traditional Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension, including breast tenderness and period pain. A cyclic change in hormones, chemical changes in the brain and sometimes even depression can cause PMS. Premenstrual symptoms vary from woman to woman; however, one common symptom is breast tenderness. To decrease symptoms of premenstrual tension, including breast tenderness, Fusion Health Vitex provides equivalent to 1g Vitex agnus-castus (also known as chaste tree) fruit per tablet. In Western herbal medicine, the herb vitex is used to relieve period pain, support the health of the menstrual cycle and relieve irregular periods, and to support women’s reproductive system health. Fusion Health Vitex is suitable for vegans' vegetarians. It does not contain artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, yeast, gluten, wheat, nuts, dairy or animal products.

The delivery was quick and I was able to start using the product straight away. I’ve found the product to be very helpful in easing the PMS symptoms of 100% recommended this product I’ve been taking it less than a month and I’m seeing the differences already.
