Start your day with Fusion Health Iron Advanced and give your body what it needs. The stomach-friendly formula contains iron glycinate, a more easily absorbed form of iron, along with vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid and vitamin C to enhance the absorption of iron from the diet. Iron is an important mineral that is involved in numerous bodily functions and processes, including the transport of oxygen in the formation of haemoglobin (a complex protein that carries oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body). It also maintains energy levels, supports healthy red blood cell production and assists in the proper functioning of the immune system. The immune system helps us fight infection.

To prevent iron deficiency, a healthy and balanced diet is essential. Good sources of iron include red meat, green vegetables, nuts and grains. Especially pregnant and menstruating women, growing children, athletes in training, vegetarians and vegans have a greater need for iron, as iron is lost from the body through sweat, shedding intestinal cells, and blood loss. Fusion Health Iron Advanced is a great source for iron glycinate to prevent dietary iron deficiency.

This is the first time I have bought Iron Advanced tablets so it is very hard to tell how they are as it has only been a few weeks. However I have bought before the Menopause tablets and they were very good.
