The water-soluble vitamin biotin, also known as vitamin H, supports the health of the hair and helps reduce hair loss when dietary intake of it is inadequate. It also plays an important role in the maintenance of healthy skin and nails.

The trace mineral zinc is also known to improve hair growth in both men and women. Fusion Health Hair, Skin & Nails contains zinc glycinate, which is more readily absorbed and available to the body than some other forms of zinc. To support the production of collagen, which is a structural component of the skin and hair follicles, vitamin C and silica have also been added to this formula. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps reduce free radical formation in the body. The ancient Chinese remedy Dong Quai is traditionally used to improve hair health plus to enhance its condition and shine. With only one tablet, one or two times a day, Fusion Health Hair, Skin & Nails contributes to healthy and strong hair, skin and nails.
- Adults: Take one tablet, one or two times a day.
- Children under 18 years: Only as professionally prescribed.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Fusion hair skin and nails yes this works for me have been taking 2 a day for 3 weeks can see difference with my nails skin and hair definitely... I am 60 in a couple of months iam looking better ...cheers Gregp
