Motion is the purpose of our joints – the relief of mild osteoarthritis symptoms is in Fusion Health's Curcumin Advanced formula. This anti-inflammatory formula helps treat symptoms of mild osteoarthritis such as pain, swelling and joint stiffness by providing several natural herbs with amazing benefits. Curcumin (from turmeric) is not only great to cook with, but it assists in the relief of symptoms of pain, inflammation and stiffness – as does the herb boswellia. Turmeric, ginger and boswellia have a long history of being used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. Turmeric is known to have anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, and like ginger and boswellia, is used to help relieve mild rheumatic pain. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), turmeric regulates and invigorates the Qi (energy) and Blood, while ginger has warming properties, which makes both great to ease mild muscle and joint pain. Fusion Health Curcumin Advanced has been formulated with piperine, which has been shown to enhance the bioavailability of curcumin by up to 20 times compared to taking curcumin alone.
- Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily.
