Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine, the herb ashwagandha is known to boost brain function, help fight symptoms of anxiety and depression, support adrenal gland health and provide a variety of other benefits for body and mind. The herb schizandra is considered beneficial to qi (the life force of energy) in traditional Chinese medicine. Its strong antioxidant effects play an important role in this formula. Hand in hand with zizyphus, a small, shrub-like plant that helps to relieve nervous tension and sleeplessness, this combination of herbs with vitamin B provides a powerful effect on your everyday vitality and health. Henry Blooms De-Stress Ultra With Ashwaganda is vegetarian-friendly and free from wheat, gluten, yeast, animal products, milk derivatives, lactose, salt, sugar, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
Each capsule contains:
- Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root dry extract: 300 mg, equivalent to dry root 3 g (3000 mg).
- Schisandra chinensis (Schizandra) fruit dry extract: 150 mg, equivalent to dry fruit 1.5 g (1500 mg).
- Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Zizyphus) seed dry extract: 100 mg, equivalent to dry seed 1 g (1000 mg).
- Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 10 mg.
- Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 25 mg.
- Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 15 mg.
- Calcium pantothenate 20 mg, equivalent pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 18.3 mg.
- Pyridoxine hydrochloride 50 mg, equivalent pyridoxine (Vitamin B 6) 41.1 mg.
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 5 micrograms.
