Cellucor C4®iD contains CarnoSyn®, the patented form of beta alanine, which can increase time to exhaustion and improve endurance. Another patented ingredient is NO3-T®, which is a form of creatine nitrate that’s more water soluble and therefore easily absorbed than traditional creatine monohydrate. For increased pumps and bloodflow, Cellucor C4® iD uses Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate, which is involved in the production of Nitric Oxide, a compound responsible for the rigidity of blood vessels. AAKG increases NO production, which in turn causes blood vessels to relax and allow more blood to flow to the muscle, carrying more nutrients and oxygen with it. In the energy department, Cellucor C4®iD contains 150mg of caffeine plus TeaCrine® for a sustained release of energy. Whilst it isn’t the most stim heavy formula on the market, Cellucor C4®iD has more than enough energy to get you in the gym and smashing PBs in no time! Last but not least, Cellucor C4®iD uses Tyrosine and Velvet Bean Extract to enhance mood, focus and concentration. This low-moderate stim level makes it a great choice for individuals who don’t need a large amount of caffeine in their pre-workout.

- Mix 1 scoop with 175ml chilled water, 20-30 minutes prior to exercise.
- Drink plenty of water during exercise.
- Do not take within a few hours of bedtime.

Very nice flavour.
C4 is 60 serves(60 scoops). 250mg/serve Vitamin C.
I made this 250mg more, double the amount.
This is 60 X 250mg. 5 X 1000mg + 20 X 500mg tablets
=5000mg + 10,000mg=15 000mg.
More NO3 is absorbed. This dilates blood vessles increasing
blood flow making you feel warmer.
Having the C4 with cold water will circulate more cold blood
until you warm up.
C4 Ripped has no NO3, but chilli for fat burning.
So I added chilli powder.
5 X 1/2 teaspoons= 2.5 teaspoons.
Add with the C4 then shake to mix it.
I get 4 times the serves. Teaspoon=t, Tablespoon=T.
1/8 t=30 minutes, 1/4 t=1 hour, 1/2 t=2 hours, 1 t=4 hours.
1/2 T=6 hours, 1 T(15ml)=12 hours; 1 T(20ml)=16 hours.
15ml is American(U.S.A.), 20 ml is Australian.
1/16 scoop=15 minutes. 1 scoop= 1.5 t=6 hours.
NO3 lasting these times.

It works, gives good energy and really good pumps. Can feel the tingles when it starts to kick in. Taste is good. Also I can get to sleep easy after using it For a late arvo workout. Only down side is it sometimes puts me in a kind of frustrating/angry mood
