Your body carefully manages the amount of calcium in your blood and cells to maintain a steady level of calcium. Each 4.9g dose contains:
- Hydroxyapatite: 3.9g, Equiv. Calcium 1000mg, Equiv. Phosphorus 431mg.
- Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3): 25 micrograms, Equiv. Colecalciferol 1000 IU.
- Borax (Sodium borate): 26mg, Equiv. Boron 3.0mg.
- Phytomenadione (Vitamin K): 83 micrograms.
- Adults: Add 1 scoop (4.9g) to 100mL room temperature water once daily. Stir well and drink immediately.
- For calcium supplementation in children: Children 2 - 3 years: Add 1/2 scoop (2.5g) to 50mL of room temperature water once daily.
- Children 4 - 8 years: Add 3/4 scoop (3.7g) to 100mL of room temperature water once daily.
- Children 8 - 12 years: Add 1 scoop (4.9g) to 100mL of room temperature water once daily.
- Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Stir well and drink immediately.
