Each serve of Before You Speak Glow Collagen Coffee provides:
- Before You Speak’s Glow contains single origin Colombian Arabica coffee beans for a naturally soft and sweet flavour. Each sachet contains 115mg of naturally derived caffeine for increased energy, mental clarity and focus. Medium chain triglycerides (or MCTs) are an easily digestible type of fat sourced from coconut oil. MCTs are easily used by the brain due to their short length and can improve mood and help fight off mental fogginess.
- Marine collagen and silica are both well researched ingredients that are commonly used in a wide range of beauty products and supplements. Collagen (in particular types I and III) is a key component of hair, skin and nails. Supplementing with collagen can improve skin elasticity, hair and nail strength and joint health. Marine collagen was chosen for Before You Speak’s Glow as it is 150% better absorbed than bovine collagen.
- Before You Speak’s The One also contains Camu Camu, which is a fruit containing 30x the vitamin C of an orange. Vitamin C is a vital antioxidant that can help combat the effects of ageing as well as skin tone and blemishes. To close this product out, biotin and lysine can both help improve skin quality, hair health and nail strength.
Before You Speak’s Glow is available in two delicious flavours: Original and Mocha. Each box contains 30 sachets which are best enjoyed stirred into 250ml of hot or cold water. Before You Speak’s Glow can be used whenever you need a caffeine kick with an added beauty boost.
- Hot: Stir 1 sachet into 250ml of hot or boiling water.
- Cold: Dissolve 1 sachet in a small amount of hot or boiling water, and then top-up with cold water.
