Over a period of around eight hours, B Sustained Release supplies the body with antioxidant properties (vitamin C), which can help to detoxify the body, reduce the number of free radicals present and support skin health. Rich in vitamin B, Herbs of Gold B Sustained Release helps to convert food into energy, assisting with the metabolism of protein, carbohydrates and fats. The complex formula also assists the synthesis of neurotransmitters and supports the function of your nervous system. The added combination of vitamin B12, B6 and Folic Acid (vitamin B9) have unique effects on the human body: They are water soluble and keep the body healthy and fit by producing red blood cells and supporting your blood flow for overall cardiovascular health. Vitamin B6 also helps to maintain haemoglobin formation, with Folic Acid being responsible for creating new cells and to help transform homocysteine to methionine. Folic Acid also helps to prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida and anencephaly which makes it a great supplement during the first trimester of pregnancy.
Each tablet contains:
- Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1): 100mg.
- Riboflavin (vitamin B2): 80mg.
- Nicotinamide: 100mg.
- Calcium pantothenate (equiv. Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 109.9mg): 120mg.
- Pyridoxine hydrochloride (equiv. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 61.7mg): 75mg.
- Folic acid: 400mcg.
- Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12): 100mcg.
- Choline bitartrate: 50mg.
- Inositol: 50mg.
- Biotin: 50mcg.
- Ascorbic acid (vitamin C): 200mg.
Vegan friendly.
- Adults and children over 12 years: Take one capsule, once or twice daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

This is my favourite go to for noticeable sustained energy throughout the day. I also notice a considerable improvement in Immune function throughtout winter, find i am able to deal with everyday stress along with a noticable improvement in memory and concentration when I take this product.
