General Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Supplement Mart Black Friday Scratch Card promotion is open to all customers over the age of 18, in-store and online. This promotion is only available to Australian residents who reside at an Australian residential address. Customers must retain their proof of purchase in order to claim prizes. Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of Supplement Mart and MuscleWorx Group employees are not eligible to participate.
   
   
2. Agreement: By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions, the general Supplement Mart Terms & Conditions, as well as any decisions made by Supplement Mart, which are final and binding.
   
   
3. Promotion Period: The promotional period is 26^th November 2024 – 2nd December 2024. The promotion is available both in-store and online, and only whilst stocks last.
   
   
4. Prizes: Over $60,000 worth of prizes are available to be won, see further Terms & Conditions for a breakdown of individual prize values.
   
   
5. How To Play: Participants must spend a minimum of $100 to participate. The customer will receive 1x scratch card per $100 spent (e.g. if $500 is spent, the participant will receive 5 scratch cards). Scratch cards are only available whilst stocks last and will be given at the time each transaction has been finalized in-store, or dispatched with their online delivery. The participant will scratch away the grey panel on their Scratch & Win card. Scratching away this panel will either reveal a prize, or a 15% off discount coupon code for the next purchase. Each winning prize will also have a unique code for redemption. Each scratch card has an equal chance of winning.
   
   
6. Prize Distribution: As this is an Australian national competition, prizes will not be allocated by state – rather, there will be equal opportunity for all participants to win nationally. All scratch cards are blind and selected at random, and staff members handling the scratch cards will not be able to detect winning cards prior to distribution. There are 105 individual prizes to be won, and the competition is limited to 10,000 scratch cards total.  
   
   
7. Prize Redemption: Prizes won through the scratch card promotion must be redeemed by 31^st January 2025. A code will be revealed underneath the scratch panel, which will be unique to each winning prize. Prizes can only be redeemed by contacting Supplement Mart customer service (phone 1800 725 660 or email [email protected]). After 31^st January 2025, any unredeemed prizes will be void and used in future competitions as prizes. Customers must retain their proof of purchase in order to claim prizes.
   
   
8. Exclusions: Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative and are subject to availability. Supplement Mart reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
   
   
9. Non-Transferrable: Prizes are non-transferrable and must be redeemed by the individual who originally received the scratch card. For individuals who are below 18 years of age who win a prize, in this circumstance, the prize can be transferred to a nominated individual(s) whom are above 18 years of age.
   
   
10. Verification: Supplement Mart reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all scratch cards via photograph, and the age of prize winners through proof of identification. Customers must retain their proof of purchase in order to claim prizes, and must also keep their physical winning scratch card as proof.
    
    
11. Lost or Damaged Scratch Cards: Supplement Mart is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged scratch cards. Prizes will not be awarded if a scratch card is ineligible, incomplete, damaged, absent, stolen, misused, or a proof of purchase cannot be provided.
    
    
12. Promotion Modification or Cancellation: Supplement Mart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of Supplement Mart, Supplement Mart may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
    
    
13. Unclaimed Prizes: Supplement Mart will maintain a record of the distribution of scratch cards. Any scratch cards which are not claimed or distributed will be counted after the promotional period. Remaining cards will be scratched to reveal any unclaimed prizes. Unclaimed prizes will be kept as prizes for future promotional activations. Any prizes which have been won, but not claimed by January 31^st 2025, will be kept as prizes for future promotional activations.
    
    
14. Coupon Redemption: Discount coupons (unsuccessful scratch cards) must be redeemed in-store or online by 31^st January 2025. Discount coupons can only be redeemed once per scratch card. Discount coupons are not valid in conjunction with any other coupon, offer or discount code. Only one discount code can be redeemed per transaction.
    
    
15. Disqualification: Supplement Mart reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or tampers with the entry process. Any fraudulent or dishonest behaviour will result in disqualification and may result in legal action. 
    
    
16. Publicity and Privacy: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and promotional activities. The winner grants Supplement Mart permission to use their name and likeness for marketing purposes. Due to SA Lotteries Act 2091, schedule 11, regulation 4, Supplement Mart is required to publish the Last Name, First Initial and Post Code of each prize recipient. These will be published within 7 days on Supplement Marts’ website after the competition close date (31^st January 2025).  
    
    
17. Permits: This Scratch & Win (Instant Win / Trade Promotion) is being delivered in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations outlined by respective Government agencies in the states and territories in Australia.

Gold Coast Holiday

1. Eligibility: Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of Supplement Mart and MuscleWorx Group employees are not eligible to participate. This promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
   
   
2. Prize Details: The prize includes a holiday for two people (the winner plus a nominated guest) to the Gold Coast, Australia, consisting of:
• Round-trip economy airfare for two from your nearest major airport, on a general Australian carrier such as QANTAS or Virgin Airlines.
• Accommodation for 4 nights at the Ruby Gold Coast in a 3-bedroom apartment room.

4. Travel Requirements: The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they have valid documentation for travel within Australia, and meet any documentation, health or vaccination requirements for travel to Queensland, Australia. Supplement Mart is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the winner, such as travel insurance, transportation to and from airport terminals, meals, spending money, or personal expenses.
   
   
5. Availability: The date of holiday travel can be selected at the winners’ discretion; however, it is also subject to availability of both the airfares and accommodation. The total prize value is worth approximately $3500, depending on flight and room availability, home location of the prize winner, and dates of travel. Some travel dates may be excluded, including peak times like Christmas and Easter. There will be no refund or reimbursement of the remaining prize value if the total cost of the prize is below $3500.  If the winner already resides in the Gold Coast or a reasonable driving distance from the Gold Coast, the return economy flights will be substituted with an additional nights’ stay (5 nights total).
   
   
6.
